Imagine some mysterious box that can seemingly make unlimited electrical power with no source of fuel. Picture being able to power cars pollution free with it, desalinating sea water - eliminating our energy bills - sending no money to Saudi's and vastly reduced cost of manufacturing. Such a device would be the logical progression of Simanek's PM devices. A varient on this myth is the legend of the hushed up 100 mpg carburetor. Promoters of the myth do their most creative work when confronted with our obvious request for evidence. As with many myths - the lack of evidence becomes evidence of . . . the big conspiracy that must be covering up the evidence. My role as a skeptic has been to not just promote rationality, discourage people from wasting their lives and money but be an evangelist for rationalaty right in the middle of an irrational realm. Going back to the conspiracy to supress free energy information - I believe it exists.
