I'm sorry to announce that the content of this page attracted a threat of a lawsuit in July of 2006. I'm sorry I don't have the time to more fully investigate both sides of the former claim made more thoroughly and defend my right to continue to act as a journalist on the internet on this topic. PhACT does not wish to get involved in the whole controversy. So I'm not at liberty to cover the issue as a member of PhACT. Perhaps someday in the future, I'll comment more once I get a domain owned by me alone, because it is a fascinating story that most people don't want told. Klass died a year or two back and was certainly not happy with my coverage of the 3 way hate-fest. Since November of 2005, I have been fighting 2 successive SLAPP suits from Dennis Lee (a crook who doesn't like me talking about him) and I can't take on another one (I'm fighting his latest suit pro se - and prevailing so far) I wish to one day author a free guide on how common people can fight back against sleazy people who use cut throat lawyers to try to stiffle free speech.
